Vacuum impregnation equipment:

1. Vacuum dipping pot: generally used vertical circular, open the lid with manual and automatic two ways, according to the characteristics of the paint liner stainless steel and carbon steel two kinds, tank with a level meter, you can easily observe and control the transfer of paint.

2. Vacuum gas storage tank: generally used vertical circular tank with stirring device, used for paint degassing stirring in vacuum, tank with liquid level meter, can be easily observed and controlled in and out of the paint. According to the characteristics of lacquer, there are two kinds of materials, stainless steel and carbon steel, and can be heated and cooled. The tank body is equipped with an explosion-proof pressure relief port.

3. vacuum system: there are mainly vacuum pumps, vacuum condensers, vacuum valves, pipes and so on.

4. lose paint system: generally have material filter, magnetic filter, valve and so on. Special requirements include material heat exchanger, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, conveying pump and so on.

5. Heating and refrigeration system: At present, more refrigeration storage is needed. Generally, industrial refrigeration machine is used for refrigeration. The medium is ethylene glycol aqueous solution. The temperature can be set according to the process. Heating is heated by electric heater.

6. hydraulic system: for automatic opening of tank lid, hydraulic cylinder with open lid, control valve, sensor and so on.

7. Pneumatic system: Compressed air source, air handling unit, control valve, pressure detection system, etc. for the impregnation tank pressure and valve control.

8. cooling water system: it is mainly used for cooling some vacuum pumps, refrigerators and vacuum condensers. It is generally composed of valves and pressure detection systems.

9. Control system: It is used for the control of the whole system. According to the automation level of the equipment, there are relay direct control, PLC control and PLC-PC control to realize the linkage protection and interlock of each action, so as to avoid artificial misoperation. The PLC-PC control system can record all operations in detail and find them. And set different operation permissions to ensure the safety of equipment and products.

10. Other parts: According to customer requirements, can be configured with other functions, such as exhaust system for exhaust gas and so on.
