Vacuum impregnation equipment

We all know that components are aging, and what we can do is to try to slow down the aging of components, so we always use vacuum impregnation equipment in production. The reason is to put the workpiece to be processed in a vacuum container, after vacuum, the moisture and atmosphere in the workpiece and volatile other materials will be eliminated, the gap will be again. 1. What are the steps of vacuum plus insulation paint?

There are two kinds of steps to add insulating paint 1. Open the vacuum pump cooling water. Open the valve (3, 4), close the valve (5), point to start the vacuum pump, vacuum the storage tank, until the vacuum indicator to - 0.095 Mpa, shut down the valve (3), shut down the vacuum pump, open the valve (5) after vacuum relief shut down (5), open the valve (11) add paint (with a plastic hose with steel wire connected to a DG20 galvanized tube, soft. 2. Open the cylinder head, pour the paint directly into the cylinder, open the cooling water of the vacuum pump, open the valve (4, 3) and start the vacuum pump. Close the valve (3), stop the vacuum pump, open the valve (5) and close the valve (5) when the vacuum indicator reaches - 0.095 Mpa. Open the valve (6) and return the paint, close the valve (6, 4). Vacuum the dipping cylinder.
