Oven

The oven is a special coil drying equipment for the whole process of hot air circulation and automatic intelligent control. A centrifugal fan with large air volume and low noise is set on the top of the oven, and the heating chamber is set in the air ducts on both sides of the inner tank. When the working room is operated, the air is supplied vertically to the lower part of the left and right air ducts, so that all parts of the workpiece are heated at the same time. The top suction chamber is then fed into the two side air channels (heating room) by the fan to reheat and start again and again. Due to the use of large air volume, high air pressure circulating fan forced hot air circulation, thus ensuring a good indoor temperature uniformity. The curing chamber temperature is up to the technological requirements.

The equipment has the characteristics of high temperature control precision, simple operation, energy saving, high safety and reliability. It is widely used in the production of transformer coil immersion drying process and coil oven.
