Working Principle: In vacuum environment, the insulating paint is degassed, and then the insulating paint is transported to the impregnating tank of the product to be impregnated by pressure difference (special insulating medium needs to be pumped). Because in vacuum environment, the insulating paint can be fully immersed into the gap of the product coil, and then immersed in the product. On the surface of the paint, a certain pressure of air (or nitrogen) is applied, which further strengthens the infiltration ability of the insulating paint and greatly improves the insulation strength of the coil.

Features: The cover of vacuum pressure impregnating tank is opened by hydraulic pressure, with two mechanical protection and one electrical protection, which makes it impossible to open the cover under the condition of vacuum and pressure, thus ensuring the safety of operation. A lining tank is arranged in the tank for product placement and lacquer dipping, so that the tank itself does not touch the lacquer. When cleaning, only the lining tank is lifted out, which is convenient for work and special design interface. As long as the lining tank is put into the immersion tank, it can be automatically docked without leakage. Between the impregnating tank and the paint storage tank, two pipelines are used to transport the paint one time and one time, and two filters with different functions are used to ensure the quality of the paint.

According to the type of paint used in China, our company has room temperature, refrigeration, heating different configuration to meet the needs of different customers, refrigeration (heating) can be carried out in the paint tank, can also be carried out in the pipeline. If the output is large, one paint tank can be equipped with two impregnating tanks, which not only improves production efficiency, but also reduces investment.
