The composite autoclave is mainly used for curing molding of nonmetal composite products. The equipment has the functions of heating, pressure curing, and vacuum curing for composite products.

1. Vacuuming stage

The product is sealed in a vacuum bag and maintains a certain degree of vacuum for a certain period of time. The purpose is to discharge the reaction volatiles of air and resin in the vacuum bag.

The vacuum system consists of a vacuum pump, a vacuum tank and a vacuum hose connected with the relevant valve group in a hot-pressing tank, and a vacuum bag for a sealed product connected by a vacuum hose. When one or more vacuum bags break and leak, the protection program automatically starts to maintain the required vacuum and optimize the handling of the product. In the vacuuming stage, a special device (vacuum filter) is used to collect the epoxy reaction volatiles.

2. Heating and pressurizing stage

According to the technological requirement, the temperature curve and the given pressure are used for heating and boosting. At this stage, the fixed heating group and the adjustable heating unit work simultaneously to meet the requirements of rapid heating up.

3. Thermal insulation stage

In this stage, the temperature, pressure and vacuum in the vacuum bag will remain unchanged, the heater fixed heating group will stop working, adjustable heating group power for PID adjustment to meet the precise temperature regulation.

4. Cooling and unloading stage

At this stage, the control valve installed on the cooling water pipe is opened, and the temperature is lowered according to the set cooling rate, and the pressure remains at the set value. After reaching the set cooling temperature, open the control valve in the exhaust pipe and release the pressure at the set rate until atmospheric pressure.
