The transformer is placed in the hot-air circulating vacuum drying tank, and low-frequency current is passed through the high-voltage side of the transformer, while the internal heating mode of the short-circuit at the low-voltage side of the transformer depends on the short loss inside the transformer. The heat generated is self heating and controlled by low-frequency heating.

Low-frequency heating control power supply: the control mainly consists of local station control unit and local station including frequency conversion circuit and detection unit, equipped with control cabinet, connected with the main control of hot air circulation vacuum drying equipment and integrated into computer control. The device is designed to be 800A of heating current and can operate within a variable voltage range.
