Vacuum drying oiling equipment

Vacuum drying oil filling equipment:

1. Vacuum oil injection tank: generally horizontal square, there are horizontal circular and vertical circular three, horizontal tank configuration raceway or trolley, to facilitate the entry of products, products placed under the tray to prevent oil pollution tank. The heating tank is equipped with heating platoon tubes for heating and cooling products.

2. Vacuum oil storage tank: generally used circular, vertical and horizontal two kinds of placement, tank made of stainless steel with heating device. A liquid level gauge shows the liquid level and is monitored at the upper and lower liquid level.

3. vacuum system: mainly consists of vacuum pump group, vacuum filter, vacuum valve, pipe and so on.

4. oil filling pipeline system: general oil filter, flowmeter, valve and so on. Special requirements include temperature sensor, pressure sensor, conveying pump and so on.

5. Heating and refrigeration system: mainly to the oil tank heating, for special needs of the oil tank heating and refrigeration, electric heater heating, heat conducting oil as a contagious medium.

6. Pneumatic system: Compressed air source, air handling unit, control valve, pressure detection system, etc., for the control of vacuum pipeline valve.

7. cooling water system: it is mainly used for cooling some vacuum pumps, refrigerators and vacuum filters. It is generally composed of valve pressure detection system.

8. Control system: It is used for the control of the whole system. According to the automation level of the equipment, there are relay direct control, PLC control and PLC + PC control to realize the linkage protection and interlock of each action, so as to avoid human error operation. The PLC+PC control system can record all operations in detail and find them. And set different operation permissions to ensure the safety of equipment and products.

9. Other parts: According to customer requirements, can be configured with other functions, such as exhaust system for exhaust gas and so on.
