Brief introduction of vacuum pressure casting equipment:
1. Vacuum pressure pouring equipment is suitable for epoxy resin pouring production of dry transformer, dry sleeve, dry current transformer, dry voltage transformer, high voltage switch insulator, arc suppression coil and other electrical products.
2. Most of the windings of vacuum pressure gating equipment are made of epoxy resin (many low-pressure windings are made of copper foil). The inherent performance of the windings after forming is also determined. Once the winding performance after forming can not reach the prescribed standard, the windings have to be scrapped. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of the winding, the structure of pre cast winding must be reliable. At the same time, it is required that the casting material of the winding should be reasonable and the casting process should be advanced.
3. Vacuum pressure casting equipment technology belongs to mold casting technology, which is a mature technology of casting winding in dry-type transformer. It has been widely used in many countries in the world. Its main characteristics are:
(1) The winding is fixed in the metal mold, and the epoxy resin mixture injected penetrates into the layers of the winding, and solidifies it to form a solid combination with the conductor and insulation material. The solidified winding has a very high mechanical strength.
(2) Because the windings and resin mixtures are degassed in high vacuum, the partial discharge of the windings after curing is very low.
(3) In the gel process, maintain a certain pressure, so that the compensation tank resin into the mold cavity, to compensate for resin curing shrinkage caused by the lack of material, prevent casting defects.
(4) In the curing process, the step curing process is adopted to minimize the internal stress of the winding and avoid the winding cracking.
