Static mixing gating system

The static mixing pouring system is specially used for the automatic pressure gel production of medium and high voltage insulators, such as insulators, insulating disks, fixed sealing poles, contact boxes, wall bushing, etc. The whole process of feeding, preparing, mixing, pressure casting to pressure feeding gel is centrally controlled to realize automatic production, improve production efficiency and product qualified rate.

The static mixing gating system is driven by servo system and controlled by servo shaft control system. Metal static mixing can be directly injected into the mold of the moulding machine or conveyed to the injection cylinder according to the proportion of the materials. The injection can be carried out at multi-stage speed and multi-stage pressure, and then the pressure gel can be carried out by the feeding device. The automatic injection pressure moulding can be realized, and the injection process can be managed according to the formula, and can be stored and transferred arbitrarily.
